An Agronomist of International repute and leading light in the space of Nutritional Fortification globally. He has been instrumental in setting up leading Food Security projects for countries in the Africa, and actively leading & contributing to research in Universities globally. Some of his achievements are;
- Independent Corporate Consultant with agriculture expertise of last three and half decades.
- Empaneled with Global Consulting Organizations.
- Agronomist by education, he is responsible for successfully bio fortifying pearl millet with iron, as part of a Harvest Plus (CGIAR) program.
- He spearheaded a Global relationship program with foreign
- Governments, universities, UN organizations and funding agencies
- Specialist in efficient agriculture farming development and sustainable seeds production models.
- Agriculture expert (Agronomist) specializing in Agriculture Business Management,
- Expertise in designing procedures and policies for newly developing business ventures in the Agriculture sector
- Projects executed are high-tech projects of mushroom cultivation, micro-irrigation projects, sugarcane-based farming systems
Dr. Gaurav Dhande (Managing Director)
A bio technologist working in the field of Agriculture, Molecular biology and Plant Biotechnology with 2 decades of experience, a Fellow of the world renowned ICGEB, is an award winning scientist.
At Operis Technologies he is the Managing Director spear heading the business, a hands on scientist with acute business knowledge.

- He was recognized as a Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts and Commerce, Great Britain
- Pratik also holds a Patent for a Design of a Medical Device, Alumni of Harvard Business School, studied at their Higher Learning Programme. Presently a Tech & Business Strategy Management Consulting role is what he plays at Operis helping our clients build their aspirations into reality.
Vaishali Dhande (Director Research) Msc Biotechnology
She has been lead in Internship development programme, ACABC, DESHI courses at various MANAGE training centers Micro spore culture, Genetic transformation, Molecular techniques are her core competencies. Project conceptualization and write-ups, Liaoning with Govt. agencies DSIR, BCIL, MANAGE (Hyderabad) made her contribute substantially OAPL to grow.
- Mrs. Vaishali is university clincher of 2011 in Biotechnology. She started her carrier as BCIL trainee and right now holds position of Director Research in OAPL.
