Services – (Design & Consulting)
- Laboratory design, planning and drawings as per requirement and compliance from initial draft to final freezing of the drawings
- Budget planning for lab set up and monitoring the same on regular basis
- Hiring project contractor for civil work, electrical points, and exhaust system etc.
- Selection and procurement of laboratory, furniture, flooring, and treatment plant etc.
- Manage the entire process of laboratory set up including regular inspection, site visit, and discussion with your implementation team.
- Providing a lab manual with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training for R&D, safety and admin team
- Completion and handover of fully functional lab in ready to operate capacity with compliances in place
Value Added services for efficient functioning of the lab
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all hazardous procedures.
- Ensure training on SOPs, lab specific information, and emergency procedures is documented.
- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
- Establish correct waste disposal procedures and set system for the same
- Electrical outlets sufficient in number and location to avoid the use of extension cords
- Fire testing for floors, walls, composite assemblies and the masonry units of the structural materials for buildings. It also includes walls, partitions, columns, girders, beams, slabs, floors, roofs, etc. The structural units that constitute permanent integral parts of a finished building are also included and ensure that emergency equipment’s (e.g., fire extinguisher, spill kits, eyewash stations, and shower) are present.
- Pre compliance documentation and approval from local authorities and governing bodies for establishing R&D laboratory.
